Weekend warrior (25–45)

You work hard during the week… and give it your all on the weekend. Running, cross-training, soccer, cycling, gym, dance—your body takes a beating. You want to perform at your best, recover faster, and prevent minor aches and pains from turning into real injuries. At mvt+, we help you keep moving strong, without burning out.

Sedentary office worker (acute or chronic pain)

Long hours sitting, few breaks, high stress. Your neck is stiff, your back aches, your body is telling you something—sometimes too loudly. You want real relief, not complicated solutions or treatments that drag on. At mvt+, we offer a human, clear, and effective approach to help you break free from pain and regain control.

Athletes & dancers

Your body is your tool. You demand precision, power, mobility—and a team that understands your reality check. Injury, overuse, prevention, performance: we speak the same language. Founded in 2022 by three movement enthusiasts, mvt+ has grown from a small space to several multidisciplinary clinics recognized for their quality of care, energy, and their

community engagement.

Today, the team includes massage therapists, osteopaths and

physiotherapists, with two clinics in Montreal (Villeray and Plateau-Mont-Royal).
