Yes! All our therapists are accredited and issue receipts recognized by Canadian insurers. Just check that your plan covers the service you choose.
We'll take 5 minutes to understand your goals, then we'll move on to the assessment and treatment. Wear comfortable clothing; shorts are perfect for leg sessions. You'll leave with an action plan.

No. Most of our clients book directly. If your insurance requires it, simply bring it with you to your appointment.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours in advance: you will be charged 50% to respect the therapist's time.

Wear loose-fitting clothing that allows exposure of the area to be treated: shorts for one knee, tank top for one shoulder; avoid jeans and long sleeves.

Yes: we bill most major insurers (Manulife, Desjardins, Beneva, etc.) through Telus Health's eClaims (https://www.telus.com/fr/health/health-professionals/allied-healthcare-professionals/eclaims)system. Just check if your plan requires a prescription.
Stay hydrated, follow your home exercise program, apply ice or heat if recommended, and monitor the pain; contact us if the discomfort lasts > 48 h.
Our rates start at $70 for a 30-minute session and $105 for a 60-minute session.
