Sara Beauregard

I am an osteopath, a graduate of the Quebec Osteopathic Centre. Before that, I worked for over 7 years in a private clinic as a physiotherapy technologist, where I gained solid experience with a diverse clientele.

My curiosity about the workings of the human body and my desire to excel as a therapist naturally led me to osteopathy. Being athletic by nature, I have myself benefited from various therapeutic approaches, which allows me to better understand the needs of the people I work with.

Empathetic and attentive, I place great importance on building a relationship of trust to guide each person through their healing process.
