Taylor Yeung
Since 2016, I have been a registered kinesiologist and massage therapist. I combine various massage and manual therapy techniques to work on joints, muscles, and fascia, promoting deeper and more lasting relief.
When necessary, I incorporate stretching, strengthening or postural correction exercises into my treatment plans to accelerate the rehabilitation process.
My experience as a semi-professional athlete and dancer gives me a deep understanding of common injuries and the body's biomechanics. This knowledge enriches my therapeutic approach and allows me to offer more comprehensive and personalized post-treatment recommendations.
I am committed to providing quality therapeutic care that is targeted, effective, and tailored to the specific needs and goals of each individual.
