How many training sessions before my race?
Generally 2-4 sessions for a runner's knee (10-42 km).
Can I continue running?
Yes: we adjust your volume and give you a mini exercise plan.
Insurance?
Osteopathy receipts accepted by most plans (Sun Life, Desjardins…).
Difference with physiology?
Global approach: knee, pelvis, muscle chain in one session; complementary to physiotherapy.
Painful treatment?
